Ordering

Consumers can register and purchase through www.medicsummit.org or welcome@medicsummit.org or directly by phone.

All prices include 25% VAT.

You will automatically receive a copy of your order confirmation as soon as bank-transfer or creditcard payment has been received.

How to purchase at www.medicsummit.org:

Find the item you want, add it to the cart, and go to the checkout
Optionally change the number of the item, or choose to remove an item. from the cart again.

  • Enter your personal and company information
  • Choose payment method
  • Accept trade terms
  • Check that all information is correct and approve the purchase
  • Complete payment

You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes on your e-mail. It is important that your e-mail address is entered correctly, otherwise you will not receive the order confirmation.

There is no charge on payments at Medic Summit

The purchase transaction with cards takes place via a DIBS-approved SSL-encrypted connection.

Medic Summit partner, MS Nordic ApS, withdraws the payment when the registration has been validated by our team.

Receiving orders

When you receive your order receipt, make sure that it matches your order and that your contact information is correct. If you notice any errors in the order, or if you have any changes to your order, please contact Medic Summit immediately at welcome@medicsummit.org.

The expected response time for requests per. e-mail to Medic Summit is between one and two business days.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Medic Summit reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule an event for a future date or to change the events venue/place as long as it takes place in same town, either due to low enrollment, inclement weather, low number of participants or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
